Welcome to the Cairn
The Cairn Housing Society is a non profit that operates within the Cairn building. The Cairn Housing Society's mission is to provide a safe space and home for people who experience poverty, mental health, physical health, trauma, and/or addictions, with services and supports to meet each persons needs.
Vision
All individuals and their families feel supported to reach their potential and live the lives of their choosing. We promote recovery in all aspect of life that inspires hope that things can be better with supports to get there.
Peer Support
We are a Non-Profit Society which provides peer support in our housing community. We have trained and dedicated support staff to help our residents with their individual needs
Programs
We offer free programs to all Cairn residents. This includes: Feeding the Cairn, Education and Groups, Support Staff, Community Donations and Volunteer Programs.
Community Engagement
We engage with our community to raise awareness and bring attention to the needs of individuals in our community. We are an inclusive community which consists of individuals from various walks of life
